No one likes getting hurt, and I hope you never do. But things happen, things wear out, and you end up figuring some stuff out.


As I keep working on my injury rehab, I'm aiming to hit the Spartan Course in October. So, if you spot me trudging through the Virginia Spring, give me a wave. I've got a few short 5 and 10k runs lined up to shake off the rust. During my downtime, I've had a chance to dig into some research and think about injuries.
